The company was founded in 1966. by His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, a pure devotee of God who is the transcendental knowledge of students' personal heritage which originates from the Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna. For the first time this transcendental knowledge Lord Krishna had transferred to Brahma, prvosozdadenoto creature in this universe - through which Lord Krishna creates the diversity space. The purpose of this transcendental knowledge is to teach all living beings living in the material world that by their nature are eternal pieces of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and that their true purpose is ever to serve the Supreme Lord with pure love, devoid of all selfish motives its a sensory delight.
following eight principles are the foundation of the movement for Krishna consciousness in them and briefly described this transcendental knowledge.
- First Even in this life we honestly study the spiritual science, we can get rid of all the anxiety and achieve a state of pure, infinite consciousness and blessed.
- 2nd We are not our physical bodies, but eternal spiritual souls, fragments of God (Krishna). As such, we are all each other brothers and sisters, and finally Krishna is our common father.
- third Krishna is eternal, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent and seprivlechna Personality of Godhead through His material energy maintains the cosmic manifestation.
- 4th Absolute Truth is described in all the scriptures of the world. However, the earliest records disclosed that humanity knows is the Vedic scriptures, especially the "Bhagavad-gita" which contains personal words of Lord Krishna.
- 5th Vedic knowledge to be learned from a bona fide spiritual master - one who is devoid of all selfish motives and whose mind is completely focused on Krishna.
- 6th Before we eat, we should offer him the food that keeps us alive to God. So Krishna pervades supply and purifies us.
- 7th All their activities have to perform as offers for Krishna, ie for His pleasure, not for his own sense gratification.

Transcendental knowledge consists of three parts:
the first knowledge of our eternal relationship with God and our relationship with the temporary material nature.
- We, the living beings in the material world, by its nature eternal souls are spiritual, parcel of the Supreme Lord, that because of our desire to enjoy separately from the Lord Almighty, stripped from any relationship with Him, we are forced to live in physical bodies that are subject to birth, old age, sickness and death. These bodies were created by the material energy of the Lord, that He graciously gives us to be able to fulfill our selfish desires. When a conditioned living being will be saturated by its separatist lifestyle, ie when isfrustira of his material life, then begin to search for their eternal well-wisher, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who in his life appears in the form of scriptures, the spiritual master and the company of other spiritual practitioners, which helped to establish her eternal relationship with God, based on pure, unselfish love which shows itself through pure devotional service to God or bhakti-yoga.
Second knowledge of the method (bhakti-yoga) through which the living entity can establish their relationship with God.
- bhakti means devocija, dedication, and yoga connection. Actually bhakti-yoga means connecting with Almighty God through a personal relationship based on pure, unselfish love. Bhakti-yoga is the only method by which the living entity can meet God Almighty and also to cause His grace that will enable you to learn about God and return to His eternal kingdom. Bhakti-yoga is a method that possesses the power to awaken dormant love for God, which condition is latent in every living creature. The only requirement needed to become a practitioner of bhakti-yoga is samopredavanje the lotus feet of the bona fide spiritual master, who is a perfect servant of God.
Bhakti-yoga consists of 9 processes:
1. slushanje the holy name of God and listening to knowledge God and his actions, characteristics, shape and all that surrounds it.
2nd singing or recitation of the above attributes of God. third Remembering the above attributes of God.
4th worship the Deity of the Lord.
5th sending prayers to the Lord.
6th serving the lotus feet of the Lord.
7th becoming a servant of God.
8th establishing friendly relations.
9th complete surrender of your body, mind, words and everything they own God.
3rd achievement of the ultimate goal of bhakti-yoga, ie pure love of God in one of the five existing relationships.
- Pure love of God is manifested mainly in the following five forms, which distorted reflection can be found in the material world.
1st Neutral Love (admiration of God's attributes, without personal commitment to personal service of God).
second love between master and servant.
third friendly love.
4th parental love.
5th marital love.
God is the source of everything, so come out of it and all kinds of love. The material world is a perverted reflection of the love of pure, spiritual love that eternal companions exchange the Lord with Him in the kingdom of God. It is evil because it is based on lust, ie whoever owns this lust wants to enjoy the object of his lust, while the one who possesses pure, spiritual love of God in every moment of its existence requires different ways to usrekji object of his love, God, without asking for anything return. Because between the desired and the one who wants no matter their interests, ie the sole purpose of being the one who wants to satisfy the desires of his beloved, and the bliss of love which the subject feels automatically senses and the person who possesses love. It's a real spiritual unity, which is the philosophy of the International Society for Krishna consciousness (ISKCON) known as achintja-bhedabheda-tattva, ie simultaneous difference and sameness. In other words, although we are eternally separate figures, fragments of God, when you attain pure love for Him, we live in the same awareness with him and so are simultaneously different from Him (as His servants), but because we enjoy His happiness and bliss while our consciousness is united with His.
